Day 4: On an empty stomach a large glass of water at room temperature. A cup of coffee with cardamom, preferably without sugar. 10 minutes after halving the coffee - pastries, cakes, chocolate, plenty of calories. Day 5: If you like to start your day with fruit, do it this way: seasonal fruit as much as you like. 20 minutes after eating the fruit, follow a protein bar or pre-soaked in water raw nuts or clean meat / boiled eggs.
