The right combination of foods actually means eating them in a healthy way. This allows the digestive system to work properly and with optimal efficiency.

The principle of the scheme is based on the fact that each food contains certain nutrients. Some of them are passive (inert) in the presence of other nutrients, while others react with each other and cause disturbances in the digestive process.

Each group of them contains the main nutrients, but in different proportions, such as what is dominant, determines the entire digestive process. Indiscriminate reception leads to a conflict between them, leading to a number of problems.

Cleverly combining foods is not difficult at all. You just need to not mix carbohydrates (starch and sugars) with proteins (proteins) and sour fruits during the same meal.

- Protein and carbohydrate foods are not mixed in one meal. Proteins require acidic digestive juices, and carbohydrates - alkaline. Absolutely incompatible;

- Carbohydrate foods are combined with each other;

- Protein foods, ie. proteins cannot be combined with each other;

- Fruits and vegetables do not mix;

- After eating fruit, it should take half an hour to eat anything else. After eating bananas - 45 minutes;
