Method of preparation: The fruits are washed, cleaned and mashed with half of the cream and sugar. Gradually add the remaining cream and beat until a thick cream. Finally add the yogurt and stir.
The resulting mixture is placed in a plastic box and stored in the freezer. The ice cream is stirred every 1 hour. It is ready in 5 hours.
Ice cream sandwich
Necessary products:
For swamps: 120 g butter, 100 g flour, 60 g oatmeal, 100 g sugar
For the cream: 500 g mascarpone cheese, 200 g sweetened condensed milk, 150 ml confectionery cream, 200 g strawberries, 1 vanilla pod
Method of preparation: Beat the oatmeal and butter with a blender. Mix with sugar and flour. The resulting is poured into a pan and baked in a preheated 180 oven until golden. Stir during baking to obtain crispy crumbs.
Mascarpone and condensed milk are mixed. Season with halved vanilla pod. Strawberries are strained and strained. Add to the liquid mixture along with the well-whipped cream. Stir and add the remaining strawberries, cut into pieces.
