The price of the Easter product containing egg melange or yolk powder is about BGN 3.

Apparently, milk powder is already considered an expensive supplement, as its content in ritual breads makes them more expensive by at least BGN 1, compared to lean Easter cakes, traded for 2.50.

Naturally, the market offers a wide variety of species, whose prices reach BGN 10 and even more.

We give you a delicious suggestion for homemade Easter cake according to a traditional recipe, including both milk and eggs and butter.

Necessary products:

Flour - 1 kg., Eggs - 5 pcs., Oil - 150 ml., Butter - 150 g., Sugar - 350 g., Fresh milk - 300 ml., Yeast - 1 cube.

Method of preparation:

Put the sugar and preheated fat in lukewarm milk. Add the beaten eggs and mix well.

A well is made in the flour, in which a little of the mixed mixture is added. The dough is kneaded and then "beaten".

The dough prepared in this way is placed in a warm place to rise for about an hour and a half. Then tangle and rise again for about 30 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven for about 35 - 40 minutes.
