A Bulgarian family in our country shattered all stereotypes. They produce a unique and one-of-a-kind goji berry vinegar worldwide.

A Bulgarian family from the city of Montana gained world fame with its unique production. Lydia and Ivaylo Zarkovi stared at each other. They are the only ones in the world that produce organic goji berry vinegar.

At the moment, vinegar is presented only in our country. The product was excellent during the Plovdiv Fair. In the Innovation Competition, 56 products and developments from 36 companies and research institutes competed for the first place, but natural vinegar won.

The unique organic goji berry vinegar is characterized by a unique aroma and taste. The natural acids in it combine and it preserves the qualities of the fruit. In addition to the prize in Plovdiv, the product has also received recognition from the Association of Chefs in Bulgaria.

Goji berries are difficult to store fresh. They are most often sold in dried form, but in this way some of their useful properties are lost. With Lydia and Ivailo, however, things are perfect. In the production of their product, they manage to retain all the beneficial properties of the magic fruit. This makes their vinegar not only unique in its kind, but also incredibly useful.

The idea of the Zdravkovi family was born when an acquaintance of theirs started growing goji berries last September. Today their product is certified. It contains only small unrefined brown sugar and goji berry.

The production system is simple. In the autumn, Lydia and Ivailo close the fresh fruits in cans and turn them into wine. Then they make it with vinegar.

In addition to natural goji berry vinegar, the family also makes organic vinegars from raspberries, rose hips, elderberries and chokeberries. Their plan is to soon start trying to produce more vinegar from wild strawberries and blueberries.
