For centuries, yogis have followed a well-balanced diet. For many, the yoga diet is a real mystery and mystery.

- Whole grains - rye, brown rice, spelled, millet.
- Natural sweeteners such as honey and molasses.
Yogis advise eating only when you are hungry. Eat until you fill 3/4 of the volume of your stomach. Do not eat between meals. Always eat at the same time every day.
Do not eat food that is too hot or too cold. Do not eat processed foods, never burn food.
Eat in a calm and friendly atmosphere, rest half an hour after eating, avoid eating late in the day. Avoid eating when you are upset or sad.
