Method of preparation: The stalks are boiled in water for 10 minutes, the tea is drained, honey and lemon juice are added if desired. Take 100 ml before meals 4 times a day.
Chicory salad
Necessary products: 1/2 iceberg lettuce, 1 egg, 2 handfuls of chicory leaves, 1 green pepper, 3-4 mushrooms, 5-6 cherry tomatoes, salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Method of preparation: The iceberg is washed and torn in bulk. Put in a bowl with the chicory leaves, sliced pepper, chopped mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Season the salad with the listed spices, stir and it is ready to serve. If desired, you can sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese.
