Necessary products: 6 tsp flour, 2 tsp warm water, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. oil, 4 tbsp. sugar, 1 packet of 11 g of yeast and 1 tsp. dry yeast.
Method of preparation: Heat the water and dissolve the yeast in it. Pour them into a deep bowl and add salt, sugar and oil. Mix the mixture well. Cup by cup add the flour and stir.
Once you get the mixture, start kneading until a soft and sticky dough is formed. For greater convenience, knead on a floured surface. You should get a soft dough, but it should no longer stick. Divide it into two equal balls and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out the two dough balls lightly on a floured surface until you get a shape similar to a circle or ellipse. Fold one in the shape of a baguette so that it fits in the pan, fold the ends inwards.
Make slits with a knife on top. Place in a well-oiled pan and leave to rise for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Do the same with the other ball. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
The two loaves are calmly gathered in a larger pan. You can put them in the oven and turn it on at the lowest temperature and leave them to rise as needed, then increase to 180 degrees. Bake until crusty on top and bottom.
Allow the finished bread to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes. You can store it wrapped in a suitable cloth.
