From these products will be obtained rye bread - about 700 grams. Knead the dough with a spoon. It should be of such a density that it can be mixed with a spoon.
When you reach the desired consistency, you need to cover the dish with the dough with a lid or towel so that it can rise. It is good to knead it in the evening and leave it overnight.
You can knead it quickly in the morning and it will be ready by the evening. During rising, the dough will form air bubbles.
Stir well before baking. Grease the baking dish well with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top so that it does not stick.
Using a spoon, transfer the dough to the form, flatten and leave it warm to rise again. Now it will rise very quickly - in about an hour.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. It should be baked for about an hour. Take it out of the form and spread the whole bread with a brush dipped in warm water.
Put the bread on a cotton cloth to cool. When it has almost cooled, wrap it in a towel and put it in a plastic bag. In about 2 hours it will be soft and you will be able to enjoy your delicious homemade rye bread.
