You can bake homemade bread at home. A well-made dough will give a great result - bread that tastes like Easter cake. Of course, you can knead dough only from water and flour, but fluffy homemade bread will become everyone's favorite.

Ingredients: 600 grams of flour, 150 milliliters of liquid cream, juice of half a lemon, 110 grams of softened butter, 150 milliliters of warm milk, 1 cube of yeast, 2 eggs - 1 for the dough, 1 for spreading, two pinches of salt, 40 grams of sugar, sesame.

In a bowl, mix the cream and lemon juice and leave for five minutes. Sift the flour, place the yeast in the center and add a thin stream of milk and cream. Knead the dough, gradually adding 1 egg, softened butter, sugar and salt.

Knead the dough for 20 minutes, finally pouring it into the table. It should be obtained gently. Leave for 1 hour in the bowl, covering with cling film.

Without kneading the dough again, divide it into three parts and make a baguette from each. Knit a braid of baguettes. Put the bread in a pan and leave it to rise for 50 minutes. Then spread with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Pizza without yeast

Yeast-free pizza dough is quick and easy to make. You need two cups of flour, 1 tablespoon baking powder, a pinch of salt, 100 milliliters of water, 4 tablespoons of oil.

Sift the flour, add salt and baking powder and mix. Add the oil and water and mix for five minutes. A ball is made from this dough.

Roll out a round pizza pan, transfer to a pan, make edges and add the pizza filling.

Bread without yeast

Bread without yeast, but with walnuts is easier to make and very fragrant. Ingredients: 400 grams of flour, 50 grams of fine oats, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar, 50 grams of walnuts, 250 grams of yogurt, 180 milliliters of milk.

The oven is heated to 200 degrees. Cover the pan with baking paper and sprinkle with flour. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Add the chopped walnuts.

Everything is mixed. Separately mix the yogurt and milk and add to the flour with a large knife, but very quickly, because otherwise the bread will not swell.

Make bread with the shape you want - round, rectangular or whatever you choose, and put it in the pan. Make two cuts with a knife in the dough, and bake the bread for 35 minutes. The baked bread is wrapped immediately after removal with a clean towel to make it soft.
