There is a solution - make retro pies yourself!! It's not as hard as you think.

The dough for retro pies

Heat the milk to 40 ° C. Add yeast, salt, sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well and set aside for 20 minutes.

Then pour the oil and add all the remaining flour.

The dough should be firm but not firm. Add a little more flour if necessary.

Cover the dough with cling film and set aside for 40 minutes. Knead the dough once more and cover again for 40 minutes.

The pies can be fried or baked in the oven. If you choose the second option, leave them for 20 minutes, then spread with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
