Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea, a carrot and the juice of a lemon

Lunch: fried fish fillet, tomato salad

Dinner: 200g. beef steak in the oven, lettuce salad

Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: 400ml chicken soup

Dinner: one hard-boiled egg and one carrot

Breakfast: tea with lemon

Lunch: 200g. grilled fish, 400g. Fruit Salad

Dinner: grilled vegetables with spices, a glass of red wine
