for 1 patty:
1 pita lavash with a diameter of about 20 centimeters
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated cheese or yellow cheese
A small lump of butter or oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
The bread is spread on the counter and 1 egg is broken in the middle. The yolk should be pierced to spread and it is easier to spread the bread with the egg. Then sprinkle with cheese or yellow cheese, pepper and salt. The pie is folded into a triangle, the edges are covered.
Heat the fat in a pan and place the loaf with the seam facing down until it is browned. Turn and fry on the other side.
Vegetables, mushrooms, potatoes or anything else to taste can be used as a side dish.

Roll of pita bread with stuffing
For one roll:
5 loaves lavash
2 boiled eggs
2 pieces of fried crab rolls
100 milliliters of cream (for cooking)
½ connection green onions
½ Parsley connection
Finely chop the parsley, onion and crab rolls, grate the boiled eggs and mix all the ingredients. It is placed pita lavash on the counter, smear with cream and sprinkle with some of the mixture. Place a second loaf and proceed in the same way. This continues until the products run out. A small cake is obtained, which is rolled up and placed in the refrigerator to harden. After a few hours, the roll is cut into slices and served as an appetizer. It can also be used together with a suitable garnish.
