But there are also people who do not like clean water. They can bet on others drinks that effectively hydrate the body and at the same time they will be pleasant to the taste and will contribute to the pleasant feeling of coolness.

Summer refreshment can be provided with compote or fruit decoction. The preparation is very easy - just put in a cooking pot a little fruit (one or more types) and add water. It is important that there is no single rule for the proportion of water and fruit.

After a few minutes of cooking you will get a drink that can be sweetened with white or brown sugar. It can be seasoned with vanilla, cinnamon or rose water.

Another simple suggestion for cooling and quenching thirst is lemonade. In a jug of mineral water, add citrus juice, a few ice cubes and sweeten with sugar to make it tasty. The ideal addition is a few leaves of fresh mint. Stir the mixture and serve in glasses decorated with a slice of lemon or orange.
