For glaze: 2 chocolates, 1 packet of butter 125 grams, 1 teaspoon of orange peel.
Preparation: The Easter cake is cut into thin slices and arranged in a tray, leaving no holes, they are filled with smaller pieces of the Easter cake. The syrup is poured on them. Arrange a second layer of slices of Easter cake.
Beat the butter and powdered sugar into a cream and spread it on the slices. Next is a new row of Easter cakes, which are syruped. This is how the Easter cake is finished.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, flavor with the orange peel and pour this chocolate mixture over the Easter cake.
It needs to be cooled for an hour or two before being cut and served.
Fruit cake with dried Easter cake
Necessary products: 1 dry Easter cake, 1 compote - juice and fruits, rum or cognac for flavor, confectionery cream.
