It is left to stand for 30 minutes, after which 18-20 balls as big as a walnut are made from it. Each ball is placed between two sheets of baking paper and rolled to acquire the shape of a small pancake with a diameter of about 8-9 cm.
The tortillas prepared in this way are placed on a hot Teflon pan and lightly baked on both sides. In half of them put 1 slice of cheese and fold in half. Separately chopped sausage is fried in oil together with the chopped onion.
Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl and add to the sausage. Once the filling is ready, it is placed in the tortillas, which are without cheese, and they are folded. All tortillas are baked folded for about 2 minutes on both sides and served.
Burritos
Ingredients: 8 tortillas prepared as described in the above recipe, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 can of corn, 1 can of ripe beans, 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp. l. cumin, a little oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: All raw products are finely chopped and the garlic is chopped. Fry in a little oil and when they are ready, add the beans, corn and spices and stew for another 5 minutes. Fill the pre-prepared tortillas with this mixture.
