Method of preparation: Put the sugar, egg, yolks, butter, almonds, flour, salt and almonds in a food processor and mash for about half a minute. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease one or two pans, depending on their size. Arrange the shaped cakes in the trays and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until you see that the cakes get a golden brown color. Take them out of the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
The next recipe is for snow cookies with cognac.
Necessary products: About a kilogram of flour, 1 egg, 500 g butter or butter of your choice, 5 pieces of vanilla or 1 baking powder, 500 g powdered sugar - 350 of them for sprinkling, ½ tsp. ammonia soda, 50 ml cognac, 400 g almonds.
Method of preparation: Peel the almonds and soak them in boiling water for 20 minutes to remove the skin more easily. Cut them into several pieces and bake them in the oven.
Beat the butter, egg, almonds, sugar and three vanilla with a mixer, then add the cognac and ammonia soda, which is quenched with a little lemon juice. Sift the flour and add 1 vanilla. Knead the dough with the resulting mixture and flour.
Shape into balls. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the sweets and bake them for about 10 minutes. Once you take out the sweets, while they are still warm, roll them in powdered sugar.
Once cooled, roll them once more, but this time add vanilla to the powdered sugar. Let the sweets stay for a few days before eating.
