In order to stay in good shape, we often deprive ourselves of our favorite foods. Well, yes, there is no way, but we can always replace them with other food products that are no less delicious for us, which we mistakenly believe will affect our vision.

Yes, most of us die for a high-calorie soup, such as shank soup or tripe soup. Why not replace them with chicken soup or cream soup made from cauliflower, for example. 100 g of this super healthy vegetable contains about 25 calories and only 0.28 g of fat.
3. Afternoon breakfast
Hungry for something sweet again? Nothing so disturbing, as long as you don't turn your attention back to the ready-made croissants and rolls full of all kinds of "garbage". There are countless recipes for low-calorie delicacies, which you can make at home in advance, and there is nothing wrong with eating a piece of chocolate, as long as it has the highest possible percentage of cocoa. However, if you are not so attracted to sweets, then eat a seasonal fruit and again you will not have to to count calories.
4. Dinner
Replace fatty pork with steak or fillet cooked on a grill pan. Why not roast fish or chicken fillet? Just do not eat them together with the traditional side dishes that all Bulgarians are used to - usually potatoes or rice, and eat them with a fresh seasonal salad. In the absence of fresh vegetables, you can stock up on frozen vegetables to steam. Both tasty and low in calories!
