Necessary products: 300 g wholemeal einkorn flour, 110 g ground oats, 150 g ground walnuts, 1 egg, 200 g sugar, 100 ml oil, 50 g honey (melted), 1 baking powder, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tbsp. yogurt, 1 vanilla, cinnamon
Method of preparation: The sugar and egg are beaten. Add the oil, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and soda dissolved in yogurt. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, oatmeal and walnuts. The two mixtures are mixed together with a spoon.
