Pumpkin cream with nuts and fruits
Necessary products: 500 g pumpkin, 1 banana, raisins, 2 pears, 2 tbsp. honey (maybe sugar), 250 ml fresh milk, 2 tablespoons vanilla starch, cinnamon to taste, sprinkles, vanilla, rum
Method of preparation: Boil the pumpkin well, then cool it and put it in a blender, adding the remaining fruit, without the raisins. Puree them. In another bowl, mix the warm milk with the honey and vanilla. Add the starch to this mixture, then pour the fruit puree.
Mix everything, then pour into bowls. Place chopped walnuts and raisins pre-soaked in rum on top of the cream. If desired, sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
The following suggestion may seem a little more unusual because it has canned pineapple. Very juicy and tasty dessert, to which in addition to the products we give, you can add nuts to your taste. Our recipe is with hazelnuts and walnuts, but you can always change them. Buy a pudding to your liking and prepare it as written on the package - with milk and sugar.
Arrange butter biscuits in a suitable pan - you can buy chocolate or whatever you prefer. Biscuits should not have a hole. Arrange them in the pan, dipping them in seconds in the canned pineapple syrup.
You can add a little melted butter on top. Pour the pudding over the biscuits, in which you have added finely chopped nuts and hazelnuts. Arrange the pineapple pieces on top of all this. Allow the dessert to cool nicely.
