Finely chop the onion and pour vinegar over it. Boil the tomatoes in boiling water and peel them, then cut them into quarters and remove the seeds. Peel the cucumbers. The peppers are baked and peeled, the stalks and seeds are removed. Parsley is chopped in bulk.
Put the vegetables in small portions in a blender, grind and put each portion in a saucepan. Once all the portions are in the pan, add the onion and vinegar. Finally, add the bread and garlic. Leave everything for 8 hours in the refrigerator and serve, slightly diluted with cold water.

Place the pieces of avocado, strawberry and cucumber in a plate or salad bowl. Pour the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and poppy seeds into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Close the jar, shake well and pour this mixture over the salad.
