The rhizome is used for treatment, as the roots of the plant are collected early in the spring season or late in the autumn. Then leave to dry in the shade.

Cucumber infusion is made with ½ tsp. of the herb - pre-crushed cornflower and 300 ml of boiling water. Pour the herb with water and leave to soak for about half an hour, then strain through gauze. You can drink one glass of brandy three times a day. The infusion is taken before meals.
