Necessary products: 450 g apples, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp butter, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp honey, 3 grains of allspice, a pinch of ground cloves, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Method of preparation: Peeled and diced apples are boiled until soft and lemon juice, cinnamon and, if desired, a little sugar are added to them.

Everything is strained and filtered, and in a separate bowl a mixture of flour and butter is made. Apple liquid and about 0. 7 liters of water are added to them. Bring the soup to a boil, season with allspice and cloves and serve with croutons.

Necessary products: 500 g pumpkin, a few stalks of leeks, 1 cube beef broth, 100 ml cream, 1 lump butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Necessary products: 300 g pork, 6- 7 dried peppers, 4 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 1 carrot, the juice of 3 tomatoes, 2 tablespoons rice, salt, pepper and savory to taste.

Method of preparation: The pork is washed, sliced and boiled to remove the foam. After about 90 minutes, add the finely chopped onions, carrots and peppers.

After about 15 minutes, add the rice, tomatoes and finely chopped garlic cloves. The soup is seasoned with salt, pepper and savory to taste and is ready to serve.
