Grate the beets on a fine grater and pass through a sieve. From the water you used for the garlic, take 500 ml and mix it together with the beet juice and all the other ingredients. Put the grated beets on the garlic. Then the mixture with water and juice is poured evenly into the jars and boil for 5-10 minutes.
2. Pickled red beets
If you want to make a pickle from beets, the way is as follows: a few large heads of beets are cleaned well, the green part is removed, washed well, but not peeled. Boil for about 3-4 hours until completely softened. When they are ready, peel the beet heads and cut them into slices, which should be thin. Arrange the finished washers tightly in jars. You will need 3 liters of water, 280 g of salt and 300 ml of vinegar. These products are used to make brine, which is used to fill jars, but it must be well cooled.
3. Frozen red beets

In addition to the above methods beets it can also be frozen. For this purpose you should use beets, which are of high quality and good appearance. It is important to prepare them well before freezing them. You need to clean and wash the beets very thoroughly. Then blanch. After blanching, cool. By the way, we forgot to say that the shape in which it will be cut is optional, and maybe whole - depending on the size. After blanching, they are cooled and placed in envelopes carefully, after which the air is expelled from the envelopes. The finished envelopes are placed in the freezer and can be at hand when you need them.
