Thus, with proper processing we will remove the harmful ingredients contained in the seeds and nuts. This is important because nuts and seeds contain substances called enzymes and inhibitors - they are not necessary for our body.

Along with them, they also contain phytic acid, which prevents the body from properly absorbing calcium, copper, zinc and iron. That is why it is so important to pre-soak all the seeds and nuts, because regular consumption of un soaked can lead to various stomach problems and frequent ailments.

Here are the basic rules for soaking different crops

- Putting nuts in water leads to their germination. In this way, they begin to produce useful enzymes, more vitamins and more easily absorbed by the body;

- Proper soaking of legumes is in warm water. The water should cover them completely, and some soda or lemon juice can be added to some crops in the water. It is good to change the water at least once or twice, adding soda or lemon juice to each new water;

- Cereals should be soaked in lukewarm water - neither hot nor cold. To one teaspoon of water you need to add one tablespoon of lemon juice;

- Seeds and nuts are also soaked in water. Here a little salt can be added to the water, preferably Himalayan. Here, the container must be covered again in order to absorb the water faster;

- Soaked fruits and nuts can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours;

- When you do not have enough time to soak them for a few hours or as needed, we can put them in water for 15-20 minutes - this is enough to remove the most harmful substances.
