Many people follow the popular wheat regime this year. It is coming to an end, and people who follow it are eager to enrich their daily menu.
As with most diets, nutrition is extremely important. It should be done slowly and gradually. The main problem with the power supply is the quantity. This is because after prolonged calorie restriction, the body wants to get them at a faster rate.
Everything, of course, is very relative and strictly individual, depending on the person, his age, gender and weight. The best option is to eat more often, but in small quantities. We can eat up to 4-5 times a day.
During the first three days of feeding it is good to eat fresh vegetables and salads, as well as vegetable soups. We can eat boiled potatoes, but we must be careful and refrain from bread and pasta.
On the fourth day we can already afford a slice of bread, preferably wholemeal, as well as season the salads with a little olive oil. We can eat boiled rice on the fifth day.
The main rule here, which must be followed, is that until the fifth day we should eat only cooked meals. After the sixth day on, we can safely prepare meals in the oven. Gradually we include dairy products in the menu.
Slowly and gradually we begin to increase the amount of food, as well as slices of wholemeal bread. For the eighth day of feeding we can already eat beans, lentils and sauerkraut. After the tenth day, we gradually move to our usual way of life and especially to eating.
It is important to note and make sure that the fats we eat do not exceed more than 25% of the food.
From the eleventh day we can eat besides boiled, baked and fried. But the longer you limit yourself to fried foods, the better. Every day from the feed we should take about 2 liters of water. We should not stop consuming herbal tea.
It is customary after the end of the Grain Regime to bury the collected walnut shells and apple peels in a clean place, somewhere in nature. By burying them, you will thank nature and give them one last chance to "serve" nature through their decay and fertilization.
