How to consume it? In this case, the red beets will be roasted - for this you need very little oil and a pan. Put the cleaned and well-washed beets in a greased dish and leave in the oven.
After roasting, the beets are grated and eaten. During the monodiet you should drink plenty of fluids, and sweetened drinks, juices, carbonated drinks, etc. are forbidden. It is recommended to drink more green tea and water.
If only the consumption of beets does not seem possible to you, you can make a easier regime - add carrots to it. Boil the products, grate them again and season them with just a little olive oil.
The mixture prepared in this way is eaten again for two days, and then, as after the monodiet, other vegetables and fruits are gradually included in the menu. Gradually start eating other foods as well.
If you prefer raw vegetables, you can make them this way too - grate them again, season with a little olive oil and lemon juice and enjoy the vitamin bomb. And if you want to experiment, make yourself a drink of lemon and beetroot, which, in addition to helping you lose weight, will give you enough vitamins.
For this you need about 200 g of beets, a liter of water, lemon. Wash and peel the beets, then grate them and squeeze the juice. Add warm water to the beetroot leftovers and cook for about 20 minutes.
Once it starts to boil, add lemon juice and, if desired, a little sugar to the mixture, as well as the juice you squeezed. Leave the mixture on the stove and wait for it to boil again, then withdraw from the stove and strain - when it cools, the drink is ready for consumption.
