Do not deprive yourself of pampering, but only of excess weight. Every diet and almost every nutritionist categorically denies sweets. In some exceptional cases, you can afford sweets in your diet, but at other times you will starve to death.

Snacks (of your choice):

- 2 fruits (kiwi and pear, for example), mixed with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of sweet muesli. To this temptation you can add 150 ml of skim milk.

- You can mix a large piece of melon with a piece of watermelon. Season them with a little olive oil, add 1 tbsp. jam of your choice and 150 ml of fresh skim milk.

- Mix 35 g of muesli with a little fresh skim milk, add 80 grams of blueberries and 1 tsp. honey. You can also cut a piece of watermelon into cubes and sprinkle it with jam of your choice.

- Mash a banana with a pear, add 3 tbsp. yogurt, 200 ml of fresh skim milk and 1 tsp. honey.

Lunches:

- Do not eat more than 350 calories at lunch. Eat a sandwich with salmon and salad. As a dessert you can choose a fruit of your choice or fresh.

- Cut 4 cherry tomatoes, add 100 g of peeled shrimp, and if desired you can add 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.

- 30 g of cheese, 2 balls of boiled rice mixed with yogurt. Again a fruit of your choice.

- Large boiled potatoes, some tuna, corn and lettuce mix. Again as a dessert fruit of choice.

Dinners:

- Kebab made from chicken, onions, red peppers and couscous. Before that, you can afford a lettuce. For dessert, grilled pineapple pieces mixed with 2 tbsp. yoghurt.

- Coat two chicken breasts with mustard and roast them. As a side dish you can make a mix of 1 boiled potato, broccoli, green beans and 1 roasted tomato. In addition, you can afford 1 slice of toast, and for dessert blueberries or mangoes. For fans of cheese, we must clarify that it is not banned, but must be skimmed.

- Prepare 150 g of grilled salmon steak, serving it on a bed of watercress salad, 1 boiled potato and green beans. For dessert, you can eat a pancake with jam of your choice, sliced kiwi and yogurt.

- Grilled lamb steak, garnished with 150 grams of mashed potatoes, boiled carrots, peas, 2 stewed prunes and skim cheese. For dessert muesli.
