Preparation: The above products are mixed and mixed with a mixer for about 5 minutes.

Note that only special dough mixers must be used for this purpose and that the mixer must be switched on at the highest speed. The dough prepared in this way is left to rise for 30 minutes.

Pour into a greased pan, which will later be baked, shaped like bread or a few loaves and wait another 45 minutes for it to rise again. Bake for about 60 minutes in the bottom of the oven, which should be preheated to 230 degrees.
