When you leave the bathroom, you will probably feel dizzy, as if you have been in a sauna for a long time. At this point, your craving for sweets will probably have disappeared without you even realizing it.
3. Go for a walk
Another thing that can work for you when you are struggling with sweets are quick walks in the air. Running is an even better option. This advice aims at two things.
