Vegetable cream soup

Ingredients: 2 fresh basil leaves, 300 g potatoes, 120 g zucchini, 250 g carrots, 400 ml vegetable broth, salt.

Necessary products for pepper puree: 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme, 1 roasted red pepper, 50 g tomato puree, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 roasted red pepper, salt.

Preparation: Cut the vegetables into large pieces and pour over the vegetable broth. Add the basil and let everything cook on the stove for about 20 minutes. Mash the already softened vegetables together with the broth and sprinkle with salt.

The pepper puree is prepared by cutting all the vegetables into small pieces and then mashing them. Add thyme and olive oil and season with salt.

Necessary products: white meat of 1/2 chicken / without skin /, 2 carrots, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 green pepper, 1/2 cup canned corn, parsley, black pepper, cube of broth, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons yogurt or lemon juice.

Preparation: Boil the meat and then cut it into small pieces. Cut the remaining vegetables. The tomato must be peeled beforehand so as not to irritate the stomach. Pour them into the water in which the chicken is boiling, putting the cube of concentrated broth inside.

Once the vegetables are soft, you can put them back in the pan and the chicken. Add pepper and salt, and five minutes before removing the soup from the heat, put a mixture prepared from the beaten milk and egg.

At the same time, stir so that it does not cross. Finally, serve the soup by adding a teaspoon of finely chopped parsley.
