Peel 500 g of raspberries and sprinkle with 5 g of citric acid dissolved in water. Boil 1 kg of syrup in the pan. sugar and 200 g of water. Put the raspberries in the syrup and cook it over low heat, stirring it 1-2 times. Cook until thickened. Pour it into jars.
Raspberry compote
For immediate consumption
Clean and wash 1 kg of raspberries. Sprinkle with ½ tsp. powdered sugar and leave them in a cool place until the sugar melts. Separately prepare a syrup of 1 tsp. caramelized sugar and 2 tsp. water. While it is still hot, pour it over the raspberries. Allow the compote to cool and put it in the fridge. On hot days, it is good to serve it with ice cubes.
