Cut the meat into cubes, finely chop the onion and pepper and fry, add the chopped garlic and the finely chopped tomato without the seeds, spices and broth. Leave on low heat and stir until it becomes a thick mass. Remove from the heat, cool, add the chopped olives and chopped eggs.
