Turkey stuffing with minced meat

Necessary products: 1 kg minced meat, 3 onions, 1 tbsp. cognac, 4 eggs, mushrooms, 2 tbsp. strained milk, oil and flour, black pepper, salt.

Method of preparation: Boil the eggs and chop them finely, then mix them with the minced meat. Add all the other ingredients - onions and mushrooms cut into crescents. Do not forget about the mandatory spices - pepper and salt.

You can also make stuffing without any meat - cut and stew a few peppers, leeks, tomatoes, zucchini, garlic and mushrooms. Once softened, add rice and fry. Then add water to make the rice swell. Remove from the heat and add salt, pepper, parsley, colored salt. Fill the turkey and sew.
