- Many vitamins, but in limited quantities - B complex, H, K, C, E, A;
- Enzymes;
- Flavonoids;
- Biogenic stimulants;
- Essential oils;
- Antimicrobial, antifungal, hormonal and other substances;
- Water;
Honey has a caloric value of 315 to 335 kilocalories.
