Method of preparation: Wash and squeeze the blackberries in a jug. Add the remaining ingredients and pour the juice into several glasses, in which you can add ice.
A quick dessert of wild blackberries
Necessary products: 500 g wild blackberries, 300 g breadcrumbs, 100 g sugar, 150 g butter, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 50 g powdered sugar, 30 g crushed walnuts
Method of preparation: Fry half of the sugar together with the butter, stirring constantly. Sprinkle the blackberries with the other part of the sugar, add 1 cup of water and heat the mixture slightly. Finally, the two parts are mixed, placed in the dish in which you want to serve the dessert, and cooled for about 2 hours in the refrigerator. After the necessary time has passed, everything is filled with powdered sugar, lemon juice and walnuts.
Cream of wild blackberries with eggs
Necessary products: 250 g wild blackberries, 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt
Method of preparation: Drizzle the blackberries with some of the sugar and leave for a few minutes on low heat. Then rub, add the remaining sugar and egg yolks. All this is boiled over a very low heat and boiled continuously until a thick cream. Finally, beat the egg whites with the salt and add to the cream, which is completely ready after a few minutes.
