Almost every housewife who wants to surprise her guests with a delicious pie, takes into account the time and cost of its preparation.

Usually these two factors are difficult to combine, but if you have sparkling water you can easily, quickly and cheaply prepare a great pie. Here are two options depending on whether you prefer to prepare the crusts yourself or use ready-made ones:

Pie with ready crusts

Necessary products: 500 g of ready crusts, 3/4 teaspoon of oil, 200 g of cheese, 4 eggs, 1 small bottle of carbonated water, 1 vanilla.

Preparation: Grease a small pan and arrange the pie crusts in it. This is done after the roll with the crusts is cut transversely into individual pieces about 4 cm thick, which are arranged transversely with the cut up in the vessel. They should be close together.

Preparation: Mix all the dough products (without the egg) and knead the dough from them, which should be smooth, but with bubbles and pores. It is cut into small pieces from which to form balls.

Grease each ball with a little oil and let it stand for 30 minutes, covering it with a towel or foil. After the required time has elapsed, the balls are rolled out and left to dry slightly.

Arrange consecutively in a large enough tray, which is pre-greased with oil. All the stuffing products are also mixed, beating the eggs and shredding the cheese. Each crust is sprayed with oil and stuffing.

The filling can be placed in 1, 2 or 3 sheets. However, each sheet must be greased with oil. The pie prepared in this way is sprinkled all over with butter and the beaten egg and baked in a preheated oven at 220 degrees.
