Necessary products: 1-2 cups wholemeal or a combination of wholemeal and type flour, a pinch of salt and carbonated water
Method of preparation: Mix all the ingredients so that you get a porridge with a consistency slightly thicker than boza. Beat the mixture with a blender for safety. Heat a non-Teflon pan and grease the bottom. Pour a ladle of the mixture and bake the pancake until dots appear on the surface, then turn it over.
3. Apple buns
Necessary products: flour 100 g, tea cup of carbonated water, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 apple, a packet of cinnamon, salt, powdered sugar, oil
Method of preparation: The dough is prepared from the flour, sugar, salt and carbonated water. The diced and peeled apples are added to the dough, along with a pinch of cinnamon for flavor. Fry in oil until slightly pink, before forming into small donuts with a tablespoon. Once ready, the small buns are placed on a plate and sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
