Stevenston Pizzeria in Richmond, Canada presented the most expensive pizza known to date. The luxury dish costs $ 450 for just one serving.
Due to its price, the unusually expensive pizza managed to enter the Guinness Book of Records. The previous record for the most expensive pizza belonged to Gordon Ramsey, who prepared the Italian dish with white truffles for 178 dollars.
The new most expensive pizza features lobster meat, black cod from Alaska, smoked salmon and Russian sturgeon caviar.
"This is not the usual pizza for dinner on Friday night. We just experimented with the ingredients," said pizzeria owner Nader Khatami.
So far, only eight slices of the luxury pizza have been sold. The same pizzeria also offers pizzas with Icelandic shrimp, smoked trout, lobster and roasted garlic.
Many of the dishes on the menu are unusual, and some of them, for example, contain wasabi with the aroma of chicken and seaweed.
