800 ml of fresh milk
250 g of chocolate
2 tbsp. honey or 3-4 tbsp. sugar
vanilla or a few drops of rum
10 years chili powder
The chocolate is grated and heated together with the milk and other ingredients. Serve warm.

250 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp ground chili
Almonds
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Add the crushed almonds, cinnamon and chili. Mix well. Spread the mixture on baking paper or foil. The top can be sprinkled with almonds or other nuts if desired. It is cooled until it hardens, after which it is broken into pieces and ready for consumption.
Chocolates with chili
For the chocolate coating: 300 g of natural chocolate
For the filling: 150 g of natural chocolate, 100 ml of liquid cream, 1 teaspoon of chili powder
Melt the chocolate and pour it into molds. Leave it to cool. For the filling, beat the cream and mix it with the melted chocolate and chili. Seal the top again with melted chocolate and cool.
Candy
300 g of natural chocolate is melted in a water bath with 50 g of butter. Add 50 g of honey, 20 g of cocoa, 1 teaspoon of chili and, if desired, nuts, dried fruits.
Form different candies on baking paper or in molds.
Leave in the refrigerator to cool and set. The top can be lightly sprinkled with chili.
In this way we can make chocolate lollipops by sticking a stick in the candies and then cooling.
