Ground coriander and beans are added to soups and salads. And the leaves of this spice are extremely suitable for cold Gazpacho soup.
The spice goes well with potatoes and fish, for example for breading.
Perhaps the greatest application is in Indian cuisine. Coriander is one of the most widely used spices in Indian dishes. In these eastern, fresh is most often used, but in Bulgaria it is difficult to find in such a state. If you are a fan of Indian cuisine, you can try "Daal Tadka", in whose recipe curiander takes its rightful place.
Coriander has other uses. For example - a remedy for a hangover. It removes the smell of alcohol, and experienced drinkers say that if you chew a few grains soaked in wine at the end of drinking, a hangover in the morning can be avoided.
This spice also has a cooling effect and is therefore suitable for people who do not like or should not eat spicy foods.
But be careful! You should not overdo coriander, as its excessive use leads to sleep disturbance, memory loss and stuttering.
