Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 raw carrot.
Day 7
Breakfast: black tea with lemon;
Lunch: grilled chicken breasts, tomatoes with mozzarella;
Dinner: Food on request, no more than 500 calories.
Dairy mono diet
One of the lowest calorie products is yogurt. It is also extremely rich in nutrients. The mono diet with yogurt is applied for 3 days.
