Metabolic diet

During this diet, the condition is to drink at least four glasses of water a day. The addition of herbs, spices, vinegar, lemons and soy sauce is allowed. The diet lasts a week.

Only yoghurt is consumed through them - one glass 5-6 times a day. It is good to bet on the lowest calorie option. During the period 2-3 kilograms are lost. Rice mono diet

This diet is very strict. During the period, boil one cup of rice per day, which is divided into several portions. 2-3 apples are allowed for hunger pangs. In the lighter version of the regime, no more than 200 grams are allowed - vegetables, fruits or meat without a lot of fat. An improved diet is applied for a maximum of three days.

There is another version of the rice mono diet. For it you need a bowl of boiled rice grains every day. Every morning on an empty stomach, 15 minutes before breakfast, drink half a glass of water + 1 rice grain. On the second day at the same time drink half a glass of water + 2 rice grains. On the third day - 3, on the fourth day - 4, etc., until the days become 29.

Accordingly, on the 29th day the berry exams should be 29. This is followed by a break of 10 days. When they are finished, the second part of the diet begins, but back and forth, ie. you start by drinking 29 berries, 28, 27, 26, etc. You decrease one by one every day.

Apple mono diet

The diet lasts 6 days, during which 1-2 kilograms of apples a day. On the 1st and 6th day eat 1 kg. apples. In the 2nd and 5th 1.5 kg, and in the 3rd and 4th - 2 kg. Consumed fruits can be eaten raw, baked or planed.
