Hypoallergenic diet is an effective reduction of the allergic load on the body. Simply put, the body "rejects" certain substances that are found in food, drugs, animal hair, even dust that accumulates at home.

Quick buckwheat cakes
buckwheat flour - 100 g

sesame oil - 2-3 tbsp.
Mix buckwheat flour with salt and water. Leave for 10 minutes. Grease with oil and heat a pan with a thick bottom, add sesame oil. Knead the dough again and add 2-3 tbsp. dough for a hot pan and form an oval loaf. Fry until golden brown on one side, then turn and fry on the other side.

sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
sugar - to taste
salt - a little
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, grate the apples on a coarse grater, add butter and sugar. Stir.
