Autumn is the most colorful season, creating a beautiful balance between colors, scents and aromas. The romance of the transition that nature makes to winter is associated with the idea of dripping raindrops on the windows and the soft carpet of fallen leaves. The strongest idea for this season, however, comes from the warm aroma and unique taste of autumn dishes.
The colors, tastes and variety of products create conditions for creating delicious dishes, for real culinary masterpieces and for favorite typical Bulgarian foods, with which we always associate childhood, the first contact with food, which always and everywhere reminds us of our roots.
The unique Bulgarian cuisine can be presented with many recipes, but autumn foods are among those that we can define as synonymous with Bulgaria.
Roasted peppers

The aroma of roasted peppers forever creates our brightest connection with our kitchen. A simple salad with roasted peppers, garlic and vinegar is traditional for our kitchen. Bulgarian cheese can also be added.
