Method of preparation: In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. They mix. Add the eggs and olive oil and stir. Add the carrots and blueberries and stir, add the vanilla and milk, add the walnuts and mix everything. Bake in a greased pan at 180 degrees and after removing, grease with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Potato soup helps you have something tasty and nutritious on hand. It is made with baked potatoes and chicken broth.
Necessary products: 400 grams of potatoes, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups milk, salt and pepper to taste.
