Darin Stoykov himself admits that he has no culinary education, but thanks to his grandfather he has mastered the peculiarities of preparing delicious meals.

Bulgarians do not eat healthily, but there is already a trend in which people are starting to pay attention to this, said Chief Nashov, quoted by DarikNews.

The chef was the chairman of the commission, which reviewed and evaluated the delicacies exhibited by the locals for the Christmas culinary competition. Among the jurors were also the ethnographer from the Regional History Museum Miglena Petkova and Jeni Sapunjieva - President of the Regional Union of Bakers and Confectioners.
