Necessary products: ½ kg of beef, 1 ½ tsp. beer, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. flour, fat, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. mustard, allspice
Method of preparation: Cut the veal into chunks and roll in flour. Then put in hot fat and fry. Once well fried, add the finely chopped onion, spices and beer. Finally, add the mustard and cover with a lid. In a pressure cooker, the dish needs to boil for 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
Beef with sauce
Necessary products: 1 kg of beef, 200 g of bacon, 300 g of carrots, 2 onions, celery, 4 tomatoes, 2 bay leaves, black pepper, allspice, garlic, salt, parsley, fat.
Method of preparation: The onion is stewed in fat and after it becomes transparent, the meat is added. Beef, pre-cut into slices and hammered - lard with a few pieces of bacon each of the slices. Fry the meat together with the onion, then start adding all the other products and add 200 ml of water.
