What do we mean by proper nutrition? This means not only following the natural needs of your body when choosing one or another food, but also consuming exactly as much food as the body actually needs - no more, no less.
Small portions on a plate
You should try not to overeat. Get used to preparing small portions. Mountains of food on plates take the path to disease. And as a result, you will not even get pleasure, nothing but heaviness in the stomach. On the other hand, even a small portion, eaten without haste, chewed carefully, can saturate and give all the necessary taste sensations, which are blunted by the large amount of food.
Give up the habit of preparing food in advance in stock. The food is useful only in freshly prepared form. The taste of yesterday's dish is significantly deteriorating. Also, when the food is reheated, it loses its usefulness, especially if fat is added again for this purpose.
Before cooking meat, fish, poultry
Cut off the excess fat and remove the skin from the bird - it is a source of cholesterol. It is best to bake everything in the oven on the grill, thus melting the internal fat, or to cook on steam / water bath /. Also boil meat, fish and poultry, putting them in boiling water or vegetable broth. Meat dishes must be consumed with vegetables - cooked or fresh, but in no case with side dishes such as potatoes or pasta.
The preparation of bulgur
Be sure to soak: buckwheat for 3-4 hours in cold water, oatmeal or wheat nuts - for the same time, but in hot water. Peeled millet can also be preheated in a hot pan. After soaking, the porridge should not be boiled for more than five minutes in the same water, then wrapped and left to simmer in a warm place. It is through this method of preparation that the bulgurs retain their most useful properties, and preference should be given to whole grain porridges and wholemeal bread.
It is best to bake the vegetables in the oven
Bake either in the oven or steam them. Consuming baked potatoes with the skin is very useful, because the skin of potatoes contains many useful substances - minerals, vitamins and enzymes. It is not desirable to boil vegetables in a large amount of water, because this reduces the potassium content by 60-70 percent. Vegetables should be cooked no more than an hour before a meal - both cooked and fresh.
It is recommended that the fruits be eaten raw, not cooked, and in the preparation of compotes, both fresh and dried fruits, should be poured with boiling water and left to stand in it. Or you can soak the fruit in cold water, and then add lemon juice and honey - you will get a wonderful soft drink.
You should try to avoid or minimize the use of a product such as vinegar (the only exception is natural vinegar obtained from the fermentation of fruit juice).
Limit sugar
The use of refined sugar should be minimized. Apart from calories, it gives nothing else, it is of no use, so the harm is not small at all. White flour is also harmful, as well as canned food, smoked products, powdered milk and caramels.
But don't think that by removing so many delicacies from your menu, you will starve. Even if you completely give up these harms, there is still a huge selection of products available with which you can build a healthy diet. There are many different individual options that depend on the body and blood type.
It is the blood that regulates the set of products we need. It is the blood that must absorb and distribute the nutrients received from food throughout the body. The body's immune system is embedded in the blood, responsible for preventing foreign substances from entering it.
Proper nutrition helps the body.
