The holes are closed by sticking two toothpicks. In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil. Place the tubes in it and fry for a minute, then turn over. Add the remaining 2 tsp. white wine and 1 squeezed clove of garlic. Once it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes until the squid is cooked and the sauce is thickened. If there is some stuffing left, add it to the sauce. Squid is served warm.
Stuffed squid with shrimp
Necessary products: 1 squid, 50-60 g boiled and peeled shrimp, 2 slices of dry white bread without crust, 50 ml olive oil, juice of half a lemon, 1 small bunch of finely chopped dill, oregano, salt and pepper, 2 lemon slices, finely chopped, 1/2 clove of garlic cut into thin slices.
Method of preparation: Olive oil, lemon juice and spices to taste are mixed. The bread is broken and mixed with half of the liquid. Add slices of lemon and half of the shrimp. The squid is filled with the resulting mixture, and its holes are pierced with something sharp.
The squid is placed in a small tray or form. Put the garlic and the other shrimps in the rest of the marinade. The resulting squid is poured. Bake until golden for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
