Necessary products: 4 sea bream, 4 cloves garlic, 12 - 14 cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt, ground black pepper, olives.

Preparation: clean and wash the fish, then leave it to drain. Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. Once the fish has drained, arrange each bream in a separate sheet of baking paper.

For the fish, add finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, crushed garlic, a few olives (preferably sliced and pitted) and halves of tomatoes. Put all this in the belly of the fish.

Then wrap the paper and place the fish on the grill for about 20 minutes. When ready, open the paper, pour plenty of freshly squeezed lemon juice and serve.

Necessary products: 4 fillets of sea bream, lemon, olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp. capers, 4 anchovy fillets, 200 ml white wine, 16 pcs. cherry tomatoes, ground black pepper, salt, parsley, oregano.

Preparation: put the fillets in a suitable dish and squeeze a lemon on top - season with pepper and a little salt. The fillets are left in this marinade for half an hour. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a suitable pan and fry the sliced garlic and anchovy fillets.

Put half of the white wine and let the mixture simmer. Then put the halved and washed cherry tomatoes, add the capers and pepper. After a few minutes, after the tomatoes change color, withdraw.

Put the fish fillets in a pan, sprinkle with a little oregano and parsley, add the mixture with the tomatoes, pour the remaining wine and bake for about twenty minutes. First, put foil on the tray, and after half the time has passed, remove the foil.

Spicy sea bream with white wine and rosemary

Necessary products: 2 sea bream, 6 cloves garlic, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 2 tbsp. white wine, lemon, salt, ground black pepper, olive oil, 2 small hot peppers

Preparation: separate the fillets of the two fish, then put them in a sheet of foil, on which there is a sheet of baking paper, the same size. Arrange the fillets, sprinkle with chopped garlic, sprinkle with rosemary leaves, black pepper, salt.

Then grind the two peppers on the fillets, add a few drops of olive oil and white wine. Close the foil and paper so that no steam escapes but stays inside to suffocate the fish. Put the package in a preheated oven and bake for ten minutes. Serve with fresh salad, before that nicely sprinkle the fish with lemon juice.
